Cancelled Appointments
Please note that upon booking your private appointment, a credit card number is required in order to ensure your reservation.
To cancel one of these booked appointments, please call (480) 784-7944 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Monday and weekend appointments should be canceled by 4 pm the preceding Friday. No-shows or foreshortened cancellation notices may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked session’s value. No-shows and cancellations for online class packages are non-refundable. Package program cancellations require fifteen day written notice.
Shipping
Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information will delay arrival significantly. Due to shipping methods, we cannot correct inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
U.S. orders only. No P.O. Boxes. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. U.S. national holidays are not delivery dates. Packages will be shipped by USPS or Federal Express; shipping method does not include a signature requirement. Packages will be left on-site. 5th Element Yoga will not be held responsible for items damaged due to damaged packages shipped through these carriers. Insurance and tracking information is provided for each order. Please make sure that the ship-to address on your order is correct.
Phone Orders
To place an order by phone, please contact our customer service department at yoga@5thelementyoga.com and provide your contact information. One of our staff members will contact you as soon as possible.
Estimating Your Delivery Time
Orders are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours of the purchase date. After the order has shipped, domestic delivery occurs on average within three to ten business days depending on the delivery method. Some domestic orders may take up to two weeks. For international orders, packages typically arrive within 3 weeks of shipping date, but may take up to 4 weeks depending on Customs handling. During special shipping promotional periods or holiday shopping, your order may arrive faster.
Returns and Exchanges
We encourage exchange rather than return of an item you are unhappy with as this ensures that the charitable royalty your purchase generated will still go to the charity.
Any item sold by 5th Element Yoga may be returned for a full exchange of the product’s cost within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to exchange apparel in its original condition for the same product but in a different size within 30 days of purchase. For more information, please contact us at yoga@5thelementyoga.com. Items for return or exchange must arrive in their original condition.
You may return your package via the carrier of your choice that provides tracking information, insurance, and delivery confirmation or signature-required delivery for breakables and high value returns.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items, or items that do not have their original packing slip(s). Please contact us at yoga@5thelementyoga.com if you do not have your original packing slip.
U.S. Only
If we have made an error with your shipment, we will pay return shipping costs for an exchange (no charge to re-ship your correct item in the U.S.) or arrange to have a damaged or lost item replaced after carrier investigation.
If you are returning a gift, we are happy to exchange a gift within 30 days of purchase for another item of equal value from our store. For your protection, returns for partial refund, in the event an item of lesser value is requested as an exchange, cannot be credited back to the original credit card used for the original purchase due to our website checkout methods.
Special Items or Situations
We will not issue an exchange or refund for:
Clearance or sale items.
Items not returned in original condition or packaging.
Items returned damaged or missing parts.
Bulk purchases or specially discounted items, including clearance items.
International Returns

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders billing to or shipping to Arizona state (U.S.).
“Out of Stock” Products
We make every effort to keep products in stock. “Out of stock” products are typically re-stocked within 1-4 weeks or replaced with a new item, depending on the location of the product’s supplier. Products sourced from overseas may take longer to re-stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience. Your business is extremely important to us.
Tip: Among our wide selection of products, you may be able to find a comparable product to an “out of stock” product. Use the search field located at the top right of the store or browse within the departments listed on the right side of the page.
